Shipping & Delivery

Where does SearchFindOrder ship?

SearchFindOrder offers international shipping to many countries around the world.

However, some locations may have limited carrier availability, customs restrictions, delivery limitations, or temporary shipping suspensions.

At this time, SearchFindOrder does not ship to India or South Africa.

If we are unable to ship to your location, or if your order requires additional review, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Estimated shipping times after processing are:

United States, Canada, Europe: 8–15 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 8–15 business days
Central & South America: 10–20 business days
Asia, excluding India: 15–35 business days
Middle East & Africa, excluding South Africa: 15–40 business days

The maximum delivery time from the date the order is placed is 60 business days.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect address issues, or other circumstances outside of SearchFindOrder’s control.

Is shipping free?

Yes. SearchFindOrder offers free shipping on orders where free shipping is available at checkout.

Some special products, oversized items, carrier-limited shipments, or destination-specific orders may require additional processing or shipping time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, when tracking is available.

Once your order has shipped, SearchFindOrder will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost Packages

Lost or Missing Packages Policy

At SearchFindOrder, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you. However, certain circumstances regarding lost or missing packages are outlined below:

Customer Responsibility

  • Correct Address: Please verify your billing and shipping address before completing your order. SearchFindOrder is not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout.

    • If the address was incorrect and the package is lost, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier to locate the package.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If the courier cannot deliver your package because:

    • You were not available to receive it, or
    • Your mailbox or delivery location was unsuitable, You must contact the courier before the package is returned to SearchFindOrder. Couriers generally make multiple delivery attempts and may leave notifications via phone, email, or a note on your door.
  • Returned Packages: If the package is returned to SearchFindOrder due to failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package re-delivered.

SearchFindOrder Responsibility

  • Error on Our End: If SearchFindOrder makes an error with your address or order details, we will take full responsibility and resend your original order free of charge.

  • Lost Packages Declared by Courier: If a courier officially declares your package as lost, SearchFindOrder is not responsible for replacing the package. In such cases, the customer will need to place a new order and ensure the correct address is provided.

Why does my tracking say “No information available”?

For some carriers, tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after shipment.

Will my items arrive in one package?

Not always.

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if they were purchased together.

This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.

Who pays customs, duties, or import taxes?

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or import charges applied by their country or local jurisdiction.

SearchFindOrder is not responsible for customs fees or taxes once an order has been shipped.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout.

At checkout, enter your shipping details, billing information, and preferred payment method. Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, shipped, or submitted to a supplier or fulfillment partner.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Address changes may only be possible if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. SearchFindOrder is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

I have ordered multiple item's, will they all arrive at the same time?

If you have ordered multiple items or bulk of the same items, some packages maybe separated during the shipping process.

Return & Refund Policy

What is SearchFindOrder’s return policy?

SearchFindOrder does not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, wrong size or color selected by the customer, or where the customer no longer wants the product.

Returns may only be considered where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, and where the issue is reported within the required timeframe.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by SearchFindOrder before any item is returned.

Can I get a refund?

  • Refunds are generally only available when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, and the issue is reported within 15 days of delivery.

    If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

    SearchFindOrder does not provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, does not like the product, selected the wrong item, selected the wrong size or color, no longer needs the item, or found the item elsewhere.

Damaged or Defective Items

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, contact us at: helpdesk@searchfindorder.com

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include:

Order number
Full name
Email address used at checkout
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging
Video showing the issue, where applicable
Description of the problem

If the claim is approved, SearchFindOrder may offer a replacement item, replacement part, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. SearchFindOrder does not offer product exchanges.

If you selected the wrong size, color, model, product type, or variant, the item is not eligible for exchange unless SearchFindOrder sent the incorrect item due to our error.

If you would like a different product, size, color, or model, you must place a new order.

What happens if my package is marked delivered but I did not receive it?

If the courier confirms that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, SearchFindOrder may not be responsible for refund or replacement unless there is evidence of a fulfillment or shipping error by SearchFindOrder.

Are sale items or final sale items refundable?

Certain products may be marked as Final Sale. Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange unless required by law or unless SearchFindOrder determines that a resolution is appropriate due to our error.

Final sale status may be listed in the product description, checkout flow, order details, or applicable policy.

What happens if I do not pick up my package?

If a package is returned to the sender because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to collect the package, was unavailable for delivery, did not contact the courier, or did not retrieve the package from a local courier office or pickup location, the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

If a returned or undeliverable package can be re-shipped, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
