Return and Refund Policy

SearchFindOrder is committed to providing excellent customer service and fair support when an order issue occurs. Please review this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with SearchFindOrder, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Returns

SearchFindOrder does not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, wrong size or color selected by the customer, or where the customer no longer wants the product.

Returns may only be considered where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, and where the issue is reported within the required timeframe.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by SearchFindOrder before any item is returned. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for refund, store credit, or replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law or unless SearchFindOrder determines that a resolution is appropriate due to our error:

  • Final sale items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products purchased individually or in bulk at a discount
  • Discontinued items
  • Open-box items
  • Items that have been assembled, built, installed, constructed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Items returned without prior approval from SearchFindOrder

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, please contact us at helpdesk@searchfindorder.com within 15 days of delivery.

To review your claim, we may require supporting evidence, including:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Video showing the issue, where applicable
  • Description of the problem
  • Any other information reasonably required to assess the issue

If the claim is approved, SearchFindOrder may offer one or more of the following resolutions, depending on the situation:

  • Replacement item
  • Replacement part
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

SearchFindOrder will determine the appropriate resolution based on the product, issue, available evidence, supplier requirements, and order circumstances.

Refunds

SearchFindOrder has a limited refund policy. Refunds are generally only available when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, and the issue is reported within the required timeframe.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, credit card company, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment processor.

SearchFindOrder does not provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, does not like the product, selected the wrong item, selected the wrong size or color, no longer needs the item, or found the item elsewhere.

Store Credit

In some cases, SearchFindOrder may offer store credit instead of a refund or replacement. Store credit may be offered for approved claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, depending on the circumstances.

Store credit has no cash value and may only be used toward eligible purchases from SearchFindOrder.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description.

If SearchFindOrder approves a return due to our error or due to an approved damaged or defective item claim, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and any applicable shipping support.

Do not return any item before contacting SearchFindOrder and receiving return instructions.

Final Sale Items

Certain products may be marked as Final Sale. Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange unless required by law or unless SearchFindOrder determines that a resolution is appropriate due to our error.

Products may be marked final sale because of product size, hygiene considerations, safety considerations, testing requirements, supplier restrictions, clearance status, product type, or other product-specific reasons.

Final sale status may be listed in the product description, checkout flow, order details, or applicable policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discontinued Items

Discontinued items are considered final sale. Discontinued items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless required by law or unless SearchFindOrder determines that a resolution is appropriate due to our error.

Exchanges

SearchFindOrder does not offer product exchanges.

If you selected the wrong size, color, model, product type, or variant, the item is not eligible for exchange unless SearchFindOrder sent the incorrect item due to our error.

If you would like a different product, size, color, or model, you must place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, shipped, or submitted to a supplier or fulfillment partner.

Cancellation requests made after 6 hours cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an administration fee if cancellation is still possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you request cancellation after shipment has started or while the order is in transit, you will not be eligible for a refund based only on the cancellation request.

Lost, Missing, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

Shipping, tracking, delivery delays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, returned packages, customs issues, and undeliverable packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.

If the courier confirms that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, SearchFindOrder may not be responsible for refund or replacement unless there is evidence of a fulfillment or shipping error by SearchFindOrder.

If a package is returned to the sender because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to collect the package, was unavailable for delivery, did not contact the courier, or did not retrieve the package from a local courier office or pickup location, the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

If a returned or undeliverable package can be re-shipped, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

SearchFindOrder is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If SearchFindOrder makes an error with your order or shipping information, we will take responsibility and work with you to correct the issue.

To request support for a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or order-related issue, please contact us at helpdesk@searchfindorder.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos, where applicable

A customer service representative will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Most support requests are reviewed within 24 business hours.
