EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is commonly known as the cooling-off period.
For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period generally starts from the day you, or a person chosen by you, receives the order. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period generally starts from the day the final item is delivered.

How to Submit Your Request
After clicking Withdraw From an Order, sign in using the email address used for your order, then select the order you wish to cancel or return.
You may be asked to provide or confirm:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your order number or order reference
- The item or items you wish to withdraw from
- Confirmation that you wish to exercise your EU right of withdrawal
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Before Your Order Is Fulfilled
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation through your order page.
After Your Order Is Fulfilled
If your order has already been fulfilled or delivered, you may request a return through your order page.
If your request is eligible, we will provide next steps for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs
For eligible EU withdrawal returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless SearchFindOrder agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, SearchFindOrder will handle the request in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If an item is returned with signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.
Excluded Items
The EU right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products under applicable law, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made goods
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
- Digital content or services where withdrawal rights may be limited after performance or access begins
- Other products excluded by applicable law
