Free Shipping
SearchFindOrder is pleased to offer free shipping to customers in many countries around the world. Orders may be shipped from one or more of our fulfillment warehouses depending on product availability, destination, and carrier service options.
Shipping Availability
SearchFindOrder offers international shipping to many countries around the world. However, some locations may have limited carrier availability, longer delivery times, customs restrictions, or temporary shipping limitations.
At this time, SearchFindOrder does not ship to India or South Africa.
If we are unable to ship to your location, or if your order requires additional review, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping times vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Some locations, oversized items, liquid products, electronic products, or carrier-limited shipments may require additional delivery time.
The maximum delivery time from the date the order is placed is 60 business days.
Shipping estimates do not include customs clearance delays, carrier delays, holidays, weather disruptions, incorrect address issues, or other circumstances outside of SearchFindOrder’s control.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please contact us at helpdesk@searchfindorder.com and we will review the shipment status.
If an order has not been delivered after 60 business days from the order date, SearchFindOrder will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include continued tracking assistance, replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, SearchFindOrder will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please check your junk, spam, or promotions folder, as shipping emails may sometimes be filtered by your email provider.
In some cases, tracking may not be available immediately or may be limited due to the shipping method used for free international delivery.
Tracking Shows “No Information Available”
For some carriers, tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after shipment.
If your tracking number has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us at helpdesk@searchfindorder.com and we will assist you.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if they were purchased together.
This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
SearchFindOrder is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
Before finalizing your order, please carefully verify your:

If SearchFindOrder makes an error with your order or shipping information, we will take responsibility and work with you to correct the issue.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package appears to be lost, please contact us at helpdesk@searchfindorder.com. We will assist by reviewing the tracking information and providing available carrier details.
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer and the package is lost, undeliverable, or delivered to the wrong address, SearchFindOrder cannot guarantee a refund or free replacement.
If the courier confirms that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, SearchFindOrder may not be responsible for replacement or refund unless there is evidence of a fulfillment or shipping error by SearchFindOrder.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a courier attempts delivery and is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incomplete, or there is no safe delivery location, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier as soon as possible.
Couriers may attempt to contact the customer by phone, email, delivery notice, or other available method.
If a package is returned to SearchFindOrder due to failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges if they request re-delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SearchFindOrder is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or other charges applied by your country or local jurisdiction.
By placing an international order with SearchFindOrder, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to your country and may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DESCRIPTION:
This tool is simple to use for fields such as car maintenance, mechanical inspection, pipe repair, and house maintenance.
The 0.32" diameter metal gooseneck is more durable than other conventional endoscopes.
Equipped with a 4.3 -inch Q VGA color LCD, it is convenient and straightforward, does not require a phone and computer to download any driver software.
Built-in 1W LED light, and six adjustable LED lights help you improve visibility in a low-light environment and work better, so you can see in dark places.
It features an IP67 waterproof cable and an 8 mm camera head, using this inspection camera almost everywhere. Excellent for lost or dropped items in pipes or areas which are not viewable by the naked eye.
It can support a micro SD card. You can record your image capture or video to 1920 x 1080P resolutions.
